Please note that the above estimated times exclude errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their orders or when they missed their parcel delivery slot. Customers must provide the same address for their order and shipping.

Why have I received only one item from the many that I ordered?

Orders are shipped from different locations depending on our suppliers, so if you ordered multiple items at a time, each item may be shipped separately. In certain cases you'll probably receive one item first and then the other later. Please keep calm if you don't receive all of your items at once, the rest will soon arrive.

I didn't receive a confirmation email after I place my order ... What should I do?

Firstly check your spam email folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. Also please ensure that you typed your email address correctly when you are placing your order.

What if I want to change my order / delivery address?

Most orders are shipped on the same day they are place and unfortunately we may not always recall or make changes to an address or an order if they have been shipped. However if a change needs to be made to your order please contact us using our contact us form and we will do our best to accommodate that change, but we cannot make any promises.

Will I be able to track my order?

We send most products by FREE Delivery system, though some items may attract  some shipping costs (this will be stated in the product advertisement). If you have not received your parcel at the estimated delivery time, please contact us, we will track the shipment and reply you as soon as possible.  

I have a question that is different to the above, how can I get it answered?
